Find the busiest pools for one version, then read the swaps going through one of them. Token symbols come back in every transaction row, so there is no second lookup.

Cetus API questions

Do I need an API key to query Cetus data?

A free API key is the place to start. It needs no credit card and works on every endpoint on this page: register one at console.dexpaprika.com. Current quotas are on the pricing page.

How do I tell Cetus swaps from other Sui DEXes?

Pool records carry dex_id: cetus, and every swap row through them carries factory_id: 0x1eab…b2fb.

How do I list only Cetus pools on Sui?

Call /networks/sui/pools/search with dex_name=cetus. Add order_by=volume_usd_24h to get the busiest first.

How fresh is the Cetus data?

On the free plan, data can run a short way behind the chain. Paid plans serve it in real time. The figures on this page were read from the API at 2026-09-17 14:31 UTC.

What counts as one request?

One call is one credit, including a call that returns many rows. Batch endpoints bill per item. Each streaming update also counts as one.

Can I stream Cetus swaps instead of polling?

Streaming over server-sent events is in preview. /sse/transactions pushes swaps on a pool or token as they land. Access is described in the showcase streams docs, and a running price stream is on the Sui streaming page.

How do I send my key once I have one?

Put the key in the Authorization header on its own, with nothing in front of it.

Which host do I call?

api.dexpaprika.com with a free key. Pro and Enterprise keys go to api-pro.dexpaprika.com.
