You must retrieve your chosen substrate from a place it is legal to do so yourself. No one is mailing you any dirt or otherwise doing it for you. Anything found in said dirt/cat litter(precious metals, gemstones or semiprecious gemstones, minerals, viruses etc) belongs to you to do with and you may do whatever you wish to do with it. The creators of Digital Dirt will not be held liable for any illness, injury, or legal action related to your retrieval of said substrate. By purchasing Digital Dirt, you recognize that along with good luck, like finding gold or platinum in your dirt, you could also have bad luck, and get pricked with a dirty needle while panning your dirt. Or other things of that nature. Again, Digital Dirt will not be held liable for anything, good or bad, that comes from you retrieving or processing your dirt. Finally, if you find any gold, silver, platinum, palladium, or uranium worth over $500 in your share represented dirt, Digital Dirt reserves the right to 50%, and we may take legal action if we make a fair offer and you don't accept it.
