today, we’re taking a look at the NEXT generation of atlanta rappers up next everybody talks about atlanta leading the underground scene nowadays, and while that’s true, beyond the most prevalent rappers in the scene (untiljapan, pradabagshawty, zukenee, sk8star, diorvsyou, alllll of Øway from tezzus to diamond* to billi0n and more), there are a TON of names beneath the surface you should be tapped in with it’s crazy just how much. of a hotbed for talent atlanta has remained for hiphop over the past ten twenty years. we’ve seen it dominate from the mainstream with massively popular rappers such as thug and future and carti and more to being the mainstay of the underground especially within these past five years as well the city is simply impeccable when it comes to producing new talent, and we had to take a look at some of the up and comers making their way now. if your’e tapped in, you may recognize some of the more prevalent names such as ealuhri and babystaydown and b6, but it’s my goal to tap you guys in with some of the smaller names on the map for the city with this post ealuhri, double xl, reezy x of oway, pnut2playa, and more are some of the names out of the city that make up just a handful of the ones on our list. you even have some pretty different artists who I think need way more love such as mercury (someone tap 1c in with the scene cuz man I neeeeeed to see some collabs between these cities) if you guys are tapped in with the up and coming scene in atlanta at the moment, who’s your favorite out of the scene? who’d we miss? lmk below; love y’all <3 shoutout to everyone on here. can’t wait to see just how much the scene ends up developing from here fr — #pradabagshawty #untiljapan #zukenee #sk8star #ninevicious
