THINK is a pioneering protocol that empowers decentralized artificial intelligence (AI) agents and tokenized intelligence within the Web3 ecosystem. Launched in July 2025, it provides a modular infrastructure for creating, owning, and interacting with autonomous software agents known as THINK Agents. THINK Agents are on-chain, composable AIs that adapt to user data, preferences, and tasks across various digital environments. These agents are represented as Non-Fungible Intelligences (NFIs), integrating identity, logic, and memory in a user-owned format. NFIs are designed to be upgradeable and context-aware, ensuring interoperability across platforms that adhere to the THINK Agent Standard. The native utility asset of the ecosystem is the THINK token, which plays a crucial role in minting and upgrading agents, accessing compute and storage services, and participating in staking and governance. Additionally, the THINK token facilitates peer-to-peer payments between agents and supports licensing for third-party tools and models. The THINK TANK is the protocol's staking system that allows users to earn rewards by contributing to ecosystem growth or staking on specific agents and modules. Rewards are sourced from an emission pool and distributed according to participation, agent performance, and contributions to protocol activities. Governed by the Think Foundation, a non-profit entity, the THINK ecosystem promotes open-source standards and allocates funding to developers through the Thinkubator, a program aimed at nurturing agent-powered applications. THINK addresses the issue of centralization in AI, giving individuals and teams the ability to deploy autonomous software with full control over memory, data, and logic, making it suitable for various applications in media, gaming, finance, and productivity.
