This entity is fully owned by Richard Zhou, the founder and CEO of Blockchain Venture Capital Inc., which is recognized as Canada's first regulated stablecoin issuer and is preparing for a Nasdaq IPO in the fourth quarter of 2025. The BVCI ecosystem includes a diverse range of services such as foreign exchange operations, a proprietary blockchain known as BVCChain, and stablecoins backed by Canadian and US dollars (CADT and CUSD). Additionally, it features Coin Shack's bitcoin trading platform, real-world asset tokenization, and various initiatives aimed at enhancing the Web3 community. It is important to note that BVCI-RWA tokens do not represent shares in Blockchain Venture Capital Inc. They provide no equity, voting, redemption, or governance rights and should not be considered securities, debt instruments, or derivatives. The value of these tokens is tied solely to the contractual performance of ZGrowth, rather than any direct claim on BVCI. BVCI-RWA tokens are exclusively available to non-Canadian and non-U.S. investors, subject to geo-fencing, Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, and contractual restrictions. All legal matters related to these tokens are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, with disputes handled through binding arbitration at the BVI International Arbitration Centre.
