uSEI is a tokenized version of SEI, created to provide users with access to SEI across various blockchain platforms such as Base, Polygon, and Arbitrum. This token operates on the ERC20 standard, ensuring compatibility and ease of use within the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Each uSEI token is fully backed by SEI reserves at a 1:1 ratio. The SEI collateral is securely held with Coinbase Custody, allowing users to redeem their uSEI for the underlying SEI by burning the ERC20 token.
