Liquidity providers can earn competitive yields on their investments, boosted by additional rewards paid in CPOOL, the protocol's native utility and governance token. The system utilizes cpTokens, which serve as liquidity provider tokens, enabling users to manage risks and hedge their investments effectively. As the DeFi space grows, Clearpool aims to bridge the gap between traditional capital markets, valued at $120 trillion, and the expanding decentralized finance ecosystem. This unique architecture positions Clearpool to capitalize on the increasing interest from institutions seeking to leverage DeFi solutions. CPOOL holders play a crucial role in the governance of the protocol, as they can vote on the whitelisting of new borrowers and participate in an incentive reward scheme.
