GreenMetaverseToken (GMT) is the governance token for the innovative STEPN platform, with a capped supply of 6 billion tokens. This token plays a crucial role in enabling users to engage with various features in the STEPN app. Users purchase GMT tokens to unlock features such as minting high-quality Sneakers, upgrading high-quality Gems, and participating in governance voting. This functionality enhances the user experience and fosters community involvement in the decision-making processes within the app. STEPN itself is a Web3 lifestyle application that integrates Social-Fi and Game-Fi elements. In addition to earning, players have the option to lease or trade their NFT Sneakers within the app's Marketplace.
