Blackhole is an innovative decentralized exchange (DEX) designed for the Avalanche C-Chain, focusing on deep liquidity, sustainable emissions, and long-term incentives. Utilizing a refined ve(3,3) tokenomics model, Blackhole integrates dynamic governance, emissions-based rewards, and an advanced automated market maker (AMM) infrastructure, providing efficient liquidity solutions. The native token, $BLACK, serves multiple purposes within the ecosystem. It offers emission rewards to liquidity providers, governance rights through locking into veNFTs, staking opportunities for earning protocol revenue, and the option for perma-locking to create Supermassive veNFTs that possess non-decaying power. Blackhole implements a two-tier governance system based on vote-escrowed NFTs known as veBLACK. Users can choose between two types of veNFTs: the Singularity veNFT, where users lock $BLACK for up to four years to gain voting power and share in protocol revenue, and the Supermassive veNFT, created by permanently burning $BLACK, which offers enhanced rewards and a rebase bonus while eliminating future sell pressure. The platform operates on an incentive engine that works in epochs. Every week, veNFT holders vote on “gauges” that dictate which liquidity pools receive $BLACK emissions. In exchange for their votes, they receive a portion of trading fees, bribes, and rebase rewards from the selected pools. Blackhole also features variable AMMs for volatile assets, stable AMMs for correlated assets like stablecoins, and concentrated liquidity pools for strategic market-making. New projects can utilize Genesis Pools for efficient liquidity launch, allowing participants to earn LP tokens and emissions in subsequent epochs.
