BurnedFi is a unique token ecosystem designed to incentivize users through a dual-token model, featuring the $burn and $build tokens on the Binance Smart Chain. Users can convert their $burn tokens into $BNB, allowing them to mint $build tokens as a proof of their participation. For instance, by burning 1,000 $burn tokens valued at 1 $BNB, a user will receive 1 $build token, along with an additional $build token distributed to all $build holders based on their holdings. The first participant to burn $burn tokens equivalent to 1 $BNB will receive a total of two $build tokens, which includes their proof and a reflection. In subsequent burns, the rewards increase proportionally, allowing users to earn more $build tokens based on the value of the tokens they burn. This structure encourages ongoing participation within the ecosystem. BurnedFi also offers a rewarding system for users who engage in claiming rewards. The reward calculation is straightforward: users can claim rewards based on their $build holdings minus the amount of $build they have used as proof. For example, if a user starts with 1 $build and accumulates 10 $build tokens, they can claim a reward of 9 $BNB. However, it's important to note that claiming rewards resets the proof to zero, encouraging users to hold their rewards longer for community development. Additionally, the platform incentivizes community growth through an invite rewards system. When a user burns $burn tokens using a referral link, the referrer earns a 10% reward in $burn tokens. Moreover, if the user was invited by someone, the inviter receives a 5% reward as well. A significant portion of the burned tokens, at least 85%, is sent to a black hole address, promoting scarcity and enhancing the token's value.
