Pool prices, volume, and liquidity update every block — roughly 1-15 seconds depending on the chain. The TV Board and streaming endpoints push updates in real time via Server-Sent Events.

Yes. DexPaprika publishes an A2A Agent Card, MCP discovery document, WebMCP manifest, OpenAPI spec, and llms.txt.
